This end unit condo is on the ground floor and has big, beautiful French doors in the living room and master bedroom. They open onto the private back deck with outdoor patio furniture. You also have a fully equipped modern kitchen, renovated bathroom, and flat screen TV’s in the living room and wireless internet access. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and each bedroom has flat screen TVs.
Excellent Location
The Shipyard is located in the prestigious gated community of Truman Annex in Key West’s old town area which is 2 blocks from Duval Street, close to the beach and all the Old Town Key West attractions and great restaurants. You can walk to the grocery store (Fausto’s), have drinks at the Green Parrot (2 blocks away) and enjoy Fort Zachary Taylor State Park which is around the corner.

After a full day of taking in the island’s many wonderful experiences, come back to the comfort of this home. The manicured landscaping, verdant palms, and white picket fences give the Shipyard and Truman Annex a lovely park atmosphere. All this tranquility makes it hard to imagine that Duval Street, Key West’s central artery of entertainment is only two blocks away.

Key West is a paradise that attracts everyone and anyone across ages. It is only 2 mile by 4 mile but there is so much more to this island than the usual suspects. Life here goes at its own pace, you can bike or walk everywhere and soon you’ll wonder if you’ll ever be able to leave.
Here, sunsets and sunrises are more spectacular, the water a little more enchanting and the gorgeous waters of Key West can be savored in many ways – swimming, sailing, snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, fishing – in addition to the tours that are filled with adventure and exploration.
The food is not just for the tummy, but the full experience fells like you are in a different country. Also, Key West is known for its night life with great music and sing along bars.
Fly directly to Key West International airport, or drive from Miami, or even take the boat from Fort Meyers.
The Overseas Highway is a 113-mile highway, with 42 bridges (this bridge is 7 miles long!) connecting the Florida mainland to all of the Florida Keys. It really is one of the most beautiful drives in the USA.

Owner: A++++ Francine was extremely attentive prior to and during our stay. She was very flexible in meeting a couple special requests. She answered any queries immediately.
Location: Excellent. Condo is located in a quiet section of Shipyard Condos. Shipyard is a couple blocks off Duval (easy walk) and about 1 block from Blue Heaven. Location is close enough to all the fun on Duval, but far enough away to enjoy quiet surroundings
Condo: Very clean and well organized. Kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans/dishes/utensils etc. Appliances appear to be new and all worked fine. 2 coffee makes (1 Keurig and one for ground coffee). Bed is big and comfortable. Loved the deck ,,, perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee and relaxing afternoon beverageswas so accommodating and had some great recommendations. We will definitely stay here again!

We were looking for the best of both worlds for our stay in Key West – a quiet & peaceful, clean & comfortable place, but one that was also within walking distance to the restaurants, shops, marina and beach. We definitely found it!! Francine’s condo at the Shipyard/Truman Annex not only met, but exceeded all of our hopes and expectations. The condo itself was just perfect for the two of us. It’s on the first floor and has a very private and spacious patio. Everything was very comfortable, especially the beds.
We had a full kitchen with everything we needed, including all new appliances. Having a washer and dryer was a great as well and it seemed that there were so many nice touches throughout the condo.
We also really appreciated having a bike rack right out our front door, as well as a really nice pool and hot tub nearby in the complex. The location was absolutely perfect and everyone was so friendly!!

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach where we spent time relaxing in the sun. Watching the sunsets from the beach at the state park was just perfect!! When we wanted to go out for the evening, we only had to walk 2 blocks to Duval St. and all it had to offer!! In fact, our condo was just a block or two from iconic Key West establishments like The Green Parrot and Blue Heaven. And if we chose to eat in, we were within easy walking distance of the grocery store.
Francine was a really great communicator throughout the booking process and during our stay. She provided so many suggestions and tips for our stay on the island. We very much look forward to coming back and staying here again.

This condo was perfect for our week stay in Key West. The furniture and master bedroom was very comfortable! The back private patio was a great bonus with beautiful landscaping which made the area so cozy. It’s location is very convenient to Duval Street and walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. We won’t hesitate to stay here again.
